1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rate Diver's services, including MyLeadBuy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Rate Diver provides custom software development services and software-as-a-service products, including MyLeadBuy, a lead management platform. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your service agreement.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
For MyLeadBuy subscriptions:
- Pricing is $99 per seat per month
- Minimum contract term is 6 months
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
- Additional seats may be added at any time and will be prorated
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Rate Diver and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rate Diver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at the end of the current contract term with 30 days written notice. Rate Diver reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
